The £10 guarantee does not apply for several reasons. These include verifications, breaches of terms (i.e. using a third party card, or a second account), mobile carrier deposits, and blocked or expired payment methods. Of course, planned or unexpected outages are also included. The guarantee is paused during outages.
Checks can hold withdrawals for up to two business days, and MrQ states that it will contact you if he needs more information.
You can only have one active payment method, and it is the one you last deposited with. To change the payment method, your balance must be less than £10 and no withdrawal request is pending. You can save up to 8 payment methods.
All payment methods must be in your name. MrQ bans any payment methods that are in the name of your spouse or family member.
