Contact Casino Warnings: What to Send and Where It Goes
Everything gets sent to one email address: desk@casinowarnings.com. This is the format your email should have so we can easily process it.
What to include when you contact Casino Warnings
There are six types of emails we receive and processes the fastest.
- A correction
- The page address, the sentence or figure you think is wrong, and where the right figure is published. We check it against the source and date any change on the page.
- An enforcement tip
- A Gambling Commission notice or register entry we have missed. A link to the Commission's own page is all we need.
- A casino operator
- A change to your licence, terms or payment times. Please link the updated page; we do not publish figures from email alone.
- A casino to cover
- The casino's name and web address. We check its Gambling Commission licence before anything else, and cover licensed casinos only.
- Your data
- A request about personal data we hold. Our privacy policy explains what that is and your rights.
- Anything else
- Press and partnership questions. Commercial offers never change what we publish; see our affiliate disclosure.
If your problem is with a casino
As a publisher, we cannot make casinos pay you. These are the people who can assist you.
- 1Complain to the casino
This is how you should go about it in a formal letter to the casino. They have 8 weeks to resolve it.
- 2Go to its dispute service
After 8 weeks or after a final answer from the casino, you should contact IBAS or eCOGRA.
- 3Tell the Gambling Commission
The Gambling Commission does not get involved in resolving individual cases but wants to hear if a casino breaks the law or their rules.
Our guide to casino complaints has the full process and a letter you can copy, and what to do when a casino won't pay out covers held withdrawals. If you are writing about your own gambling, the free services on our responsible gambling page can help today.
How Casino Warnings deals with your message
All emails are read by the site editor Rachel Doughty. Corrections are made where necessary. Due process requires that emails are answered and there is no phone support, contact form or chat support.
We will never ask you for your casino login details, credit or debit cards or personal ID and you should not send them to us.
Rachel Doughty
Editor, Casino Warnings · Bristol
Rachel reads the Gambling Commission's registers and enforcement notices, and the terms casinos publish for British players, then writes them up in plain English.
